Description

The Support Program for Integration and Decent Employment through Vocational Training (PAIED/FP) is a structured support program to improve access to decent jobs for young Guinean women and men by strengthening the quality, relevance, and governance of the vocational training system, while consolidating socio-professional integration mechanisms. It aims for a better match between training provision and labor market needs, particularly through the active engagement of the private sector and local authorities. The intervention strategy is based on the three pillars: "Better Training (Quality) – Better Guidance (Information) – Better Integration (Employment)."

Objectives

🎯 Improve the quality of training: Access, quality, and governance in promising sectors, with a focus on gender. 👥 Strengthen professional integration: Opportunities for young women and men through post-training support. 📈 Align training with the job market: Adapt programs to meet the needs of businesses for decent jobs. 🤝 Involve the private sector and public authorities: Partnerships for integration mechanisms aligned with the labor market.
