Project to support the resilience of agricultural groups and farms in the northern and eastern regions of Guinea-Bissau (PARGEA)

The Project to Support the Resilience of Agricultural Groups and Farms (PARGEA) in the northern and eastern regions of Guinea-Bissau has the primary objective of strengthening the resilience of actors and structures in the agricultural sector. To this end, it plans to consolidate the institutional and operational capacities of farmers' organizations and state structures. The intervention is structured around three main axes: consolidating the strategic frameworks of the agricultural sector, developing climate risk management strategies, and improving early warning and rapid response systems.

Increase farms' capacity to cope with shocks.
