The Program for Accelerating Results for Inclusive Digitalization in Côte d’Ivoire – Phase 1 (RAPID-CI) aims to increase the inclusive and resilient use of broadband internet and digital services in key social sectors (health, education, civil registration, justice, community centers, and multi-sectoral public services). Its intervention combines investments in digital infrastructure, modernization of public services, and development of digital skills, with a strong focus on inclusion (youth, women, and rural populations). It also aims to structure digital governance, particularly through artificial intelligence.

Deploy resilient broadband connectivity for health, education, civil registration, justice, and social service facilities, with a focus on women and youth.

📊 Strengthen the foundations of digital transformation:
Define and implement national strategies for digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and data governance, as well as certification and training programs.

🏢 Improve the delivery of digital public services:
Deploy or modernize digital services to reduce red tape and improve user satisfaction.

🤝 Boost digital inclusion and create economic opportunities:
Increase the number of beneficiaries using digital services and support income generation through the productive use of technology.
