Description
The Senegal Digital Economy Acceleration Project (PAENS) is one of the main drivers of digital transformation in Senegal. The program aims to strengthen the digital regulatory environment, develop access to affordable and resilient broadband connectivity, improve the use of digital public services, and accelerate the digitalization of the healthcare system. Its intervention strategy is based on a combination of investments in digital infrastructure, regulatory reforms, the digitalization of public services, and the stimulation of the private digital ecosystem. The project thus seeks to reduce the digital divide across territories, strengthen digital inclusion, and create the conditions for economic growth driven by technological innovation.
