Description

The program aims to strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystems in partner countries, with Senegal chosen as the pilot country due to its entrepreneurial dynamism. It targets key players in these ecosystems, such as support organizations, incubators and accelerators, public agencies, financial institutions, academic networks, and civil society. IYBA-SEED supports strategic sectors with high growth potential and social impact, including the green economy, biomass, natural fibers, renewable energy, the agricultural value chain, mobility, tourism, and the social and solidarity economy. The program works by building the capacity of stakeholders, improving the business environment, fostering an inclusive entrepreneurial culture, and producing diagnostics and tools to better understand and develop the ecosystem. Ultimately, it aims to stimulate the creation of sustainable and inclusive businesses and promote collaboration among the various actors in the sector.
