Description
A flagship initiative of the OIF (International Organisation of La Francophonie) for employability and digital skills training in the Francophone world, the D-CLIC program focuses on acquiring technical skills aligned with the demands of the job market and the entrepreneurial sector. This intervention is delivered through short-term certification programs and hybrid formats (in-person and online), while also providing open access to educational resources and personalized support for professional integration or entrepreneurship. In parallel, D-CLIC supports the modernization of public administrations by strengthening their digital governance. To ensure local relevance, the program relies on collaborations with local organizations, adapting the curriculum to the specific economic contexts and expectations of digital stakeholders in each country.
