Description
GOIN’ DIGITAL is an international cooperation initiative aimed at accelerating Senegal’s digital transformation and fostering the emergence of a more inclusive, innovative, and competitive digital economy. The program simultaneously supports public institutions, innovative businesses, and populations furthest removed from digital services. Its intervention strategy is based on three complementary levers: strengthening public governance of digital technology, stimulating innovation and technological entrepreneurship, and developing digital services accessible to women, young people, and less connected areas. The program aligns with the New Deal for Technology and aims to position Senegal as a regional digital hub.
