Description
The CVTP II is an extension of the initial project aimed at transforming Cape Verde into a leading "Cyber Island" and "Digital Hub" in West Africa. This second phase, financed by the African Development Bank (AfDB), focuses on equipping and operationalizing the infrastructure built during Phase I, particularly the Praia site and the Mindelo campus. It aims to create an innovative working environment (IT equipment, data centers, renewable energy) to attract and incubate startups, innovative SMEs, and multinational technology companies.
