The Programme to Support the Promotion of Inclusive Value Chains and the Development of an Integrated Agricultural Hub in Togo for Strengthening Social Cohesion (PACID) is an initiation plan designed to prepare for the rollout of a broader program promoting inclusive value chains and developing integrated agricultural hubs in Togo. It aims to structure the tomato and coconut value chains, strengthen local governance, support agricultural entrepreneurship, and create economic opportunities for youth and women.
