Description
The Agribusiness and Public Finance Support Program (PAAFIP) is a two-phase general budget support initiative designed to support the implementation of the Togo 2025 Government Roadmap. It addresses two structural challenges: firstly, the expansion of agribusiness as an engine of inclusive growth, and secondly, the consolidation of public finance reforms for more efficient and gender-sensitive management of state resources. It also incorporates a climate finance component, with dedicated adaptation funds.
