National program for strengthening the capacities of women entrepreneurs

The National Capacity Building Program for Women Entrepreneurs is a national initiative of the DER/FJ (Delegation for Rapid Entrepreneurship/Youth Fund) designed to improve the entrepreneurial skills of women leading economic activities. It aims to strengthen their competitiveness through an integrated offering of training, mentoring, and support for business structuring. Its intervention strategy is based on the observation that access to financing alone is insufficient to ensure the growth of women-owned businesses. The program therefore focuses on critical success factors: leadership, financial management, business strategy, digital marketing, formalization, and market access, in order to foster the emergence of more successful and sustainable women-owned businesses.
