Project to support young male and female entrepreneurs in job-creating value chains

The Project to Support Young Men and Women Entrepreneurs on Job-Creating Value Chains (PAJEC) constitutes the new generation of ADB intervention in favor of youth employment in Togo. It capitalizes on the achievements of the Project to Support Employability and the Integration of Young People in Growth Sectors (PAEIJ-SP) in order to accelerate the creation of decent jobs through an approach based on added value chains. The intervention logic consists of identifying SMEs and SMEs with high potential, strengthening them technically and financially, then integrating thousands of young entrepreneurs around them into their supply, processing and distribution networks. This approach aims to create economic clusters capable of sustainably generating jobs and entrepreneurial opportunities.
