Project to Support Financial Governance and Investment Promotion (PAGFPI)

The Financial Governance and Investment Promotion Support Project (PAGFPI) is an institutional support operation designed to sustainably strengthen Burundi's economic governance. It supports reforms aimed at improving public revenue mobilization, the quality of budget management, public investment programming, and the promotion of private investment. The intervention strategy is based on the simultaneous strengthening of institutional capacities, public finance management tools, and the regulatory framework for investment, with the aim of creating a more attractive environment for businesses and improving the efficiency of public spending.
