Description
The Project to Support Professional Integration and Entrepreneurship (ProPEA) is designed as a structuring program to accelerate the professional integration of young people and women into agricultural value chains in Benin. The project aims to transform traditional agricultural activities into viable, competitive, and job-creating entrepreneurial opportunities. The intervention strategy is based on an integrated continuum: technical training, entrepreneurial incubation, access to financing, support for business creation, and market integration. The program also seeks to strengthen the capacities of family farms to help them evolve towards more resilient and commercially integrated economic models.
