Description
The PAVIE II program is a multi-sectoral initiative designed to support and promote entrepreneurial initiatives led by women and young people in Senegal. It builds on the success of Phase I, which demonstrated significant results in training, job creation, and business structuring. This phase strengthens access to financing, technical support, and digital innovation, and contributes to the integration of stakeholders into strategic value chains (agriculture, crafts, and technology). The approach combines tailored financial instruments, vocational training, mentoring services, and a territorial approach to interventions through local structures.
