Description
The Central Agro-Industrial Transformation Zone Project (PZTA Centre) aims to structure and boost agricultural processing capacity in central Senegal (Kaolack, Kaffrine, Fatick, and Diourbel regions). It is part of a strategy to strengthen local industrialization, create agricultural added value, and integrate value chains. The project includes the establishment of agro-industrial infrastructure, logistics platforms, and processing units dedicated to strategic sectors such as peanuts, dried cereals, and salt.
