Description
The Trade for Resilient, Inclusive and Sustainable Economic Growth (TRISEG) program is a trade and development initiative that aims to strengthen SMEs' capacity to export, improve their resilience, and adopt inclusive and sustainable business practices. The program specifically supports businesses led by women and underrepresented groups, combining market development, trade support services, technical assistance, and climate integration. The intervention strategy is clear: strengthen trade support institutions, equip SMEs to better meet market demands, and then connect these businesses to international trade opportunities. The program is thus based on a chain of institutional capacity building, entrepreneurial capacity building, and access to markets.
