Description

The TRANSFORM program aims to encourage the emergence, expansion, and organization of local agri-food businesses in Cameroon and Côte d'Ivoire. Its intervention strategy is based on the establishment of TRANSFORM centers. These centers operate as training hubs, incubators for innovative agri-food SMEs, and platforms facilitating exchanges between producers, processors, and distributors.

Objectives

🚀 Stimulate the creation and growth of local agri-food businesses:
Support the creation or development of local agricultural processing businesses with sustainable economic models.

🎯 Strengthen agricultural and agri-food entrepreneurship:
Develop the entrepreneurial skills of agri-food project leaders and young people from the agricultural sector.

🌐 Build an entrepreneurial ecosystem:
Create a support environment (networks, service providers, services, platforms) that fosters the survival and growth of agri-food SMEs.

🤝 Create a dynamic local system:
Structuring transparent marketing channels between farmers, processing SMEs, and urban distributors.
